Ann Chang is an associate with the firm. Before joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Barry Russell, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California.
Prior to her clerkship, Ms. Chang’s experience includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in an array of business litigation cases in both State and Federal courts. She has also represented clients in transactional matters, successfully negotiating and drafting various business transactions and contracts.
Ms. Chang graduated from Occidental College with B.A.’s in English and Comparative Literary Studies and Theater in 2005 and received her J.D. and Certificate from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2011. Ms. Chang is a member of the Los Angeles Federal Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, Korean American Bar Association of Southern California, and The James T. King Bankruptcy Inn of Court. Ms. Chang is proficient in Korean.
